Shipping time:
After completing your order and confirming payment, if you choose delivery service, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Goods will generally be delivered to your address within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Fee 1:
- Free shipping on orders over $2000
Shipping Fee 2:
- $500-$1999 requires a $40 shipping fee.
Shipping Fee 3:
- For orders under $499, a shipping fee of $60 applies.
Exchanges and Refunds
Once an order is submitted, no refunds will be made unless the following circumstances apply.
Sold Out / Long Product Delivery Time
If the item you purchased is sold out and requires additional time to order, we will contact you. If you learn of the long product delivery time before ordering, you may request a full refund.
Replacement/Damaged Items
If you receive any damaged goods, please keep the original, complete packaging and receipt within 7 days, call/WhatsApp +852 9578 9832 and bring them to the store for inspection. After both parties agree, the goods will be replaced. The time depends on the stock and delivery time.
